As I told in my previous post, I gave myself to swimming. To the one thought for pregnant women, I mean. I’m following the suggestion of my aunt, who attended this course years ago, while she was waiting for my cousin. I’m following a class managed by the association Mammole, a network dedicated to the pregnancy world under many points of view. Knowledge and experience are the strong points of this reality I’m appreciating so much. The lessons are kept in the swimming pool of Barzanò (near Lecco) and can be attended by any woman after the 12th week. They include warm-up, knowledge and relaxation excercises. All this to avoid the classical pregnancy uneases like overweight and circulation problems. I like the apnoea exercises to learn how to manage breathing during birth (admitted that in that moment you are lucid enough to remember how to do it). I surely suggest this class. And I think I’m not the one to like it as when I arrive at the end of the length the baby starts kicking. It’s like she’s saying “do we start again?”. May I avoid to go along with her?
